How to Make Buns of Softbread

Ingredients:

2 pcs egg yolk

1 kilograms flour (all purpose)

150 grams powdered sugar

10 grams yiest

20 grams salt

10 grams baking powder

500 mililiters cold water

100 grams butter

First, mix dry ingredients. Add yiest into mug of 8 celcius degree of mineral water, let them fuse. Add the eggs into dry ingredients, after that, also add yiest mixture and butter. You can add milk also. Mix all until mixed (around 10 minutes in the mixer). Take the dough put from machine to a work table.
